By accessing or using Yummy Dish Diary, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or related services.

Yummy Dish Diary is a personal food memory app for saving meals, photos, ratings, notes, restaurants, favorites, and related food diary details.

The service is for personal organization and entertainment. It does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on your diary entries, restaurant information, recipes, or recommendations.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Yummy Dish Diary. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users, us, or the service.

You keep ownership of the meal entries, photos, notes, ratings, restaurant details, recommendations, profile information, and other content you submit to Yummy Dish Diary.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, copy, display, process, transmit, back up, and modify your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service. If you choose to share content publicly or with other users, you also authorize us to display that content to the audience you selected.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to upload or share it.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Upload content that violates someone else’s rights, privacy, or publicity.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead other users.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Upload malware or use the service to distribute spam or unwanted messages.

Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms, device settings, sign-in provider terms, maps, restaurants, recipe websites, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or availability.

If we offer paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at purchase. Purchases made through Apple are managed by Apple and may be subject to Apple’s refund and cancellation rules.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. You are not required to provide feedback.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will try to avoid disrupting your use unnecessarily, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that diary, restaurant, recipe, or recommendation information will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yummy Dish Diary and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yummy Dish Diary and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the service operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
